Vincent GUADAGNINO

Vincent GUADAGNINO took oath as an attorney on January 31st, 1995 and has been registered with the BAYONNE Bar Association since this date.

A native of Biarritz, fluent in Spanish, Vincent GUADAGNINO has a Master’s in Public Law.  After working as a partner for a little over ten years in the Pierre ROUGE firm of legal consultants in BIARRITZ, which subsequently became SELARL JURISCONSULTANT, he created THEMIS in October 2005.

His main fields of expertise are: commercial, civil, professional company law, commercial contracts and commercial leases in particular, public business law (the commercial activities of public law bodies), tax law and asset management.
